Wonderful with pork, chicken, and lamb. Can use to baste meat on grill, or just use as dipping sauce,
List of Ingredients
2/3 c. apricot preserves
1/2 c. fresh mine juice, about 2 limes
1/3 c. golden raisins
1/3 c. chopped fresh mint
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. hot sauce
1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Recipe
Melt the preserves in a saucepan, over med-low heat.
Stir in the remaining ingredients. Remove from heat.
Makes 2 c.
