Sue's Pesto W/ Sundried Tomato Sauce

List of Ingredients
Cook whatever kind of pasta you like best
1 c. pesto, either homeade, or store bought
2 c. whipping, cream, or heavy cream
6 dry-packed sundried tomatoes, or 4 oil packed
1/4 c. fresh, packed basil leaves, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 T. butter
1 T. olive oil
2 T flour(if you like it thick) If you prefer it a little thinner, omit
Recipe
Melt butter and olive oil. Saute garlic and sundried tomatoes for 1 1/2 mins.
Add flour, and stir until bubbly.
Add cream and bring to good simmer. Cut heat to low.
Add pesto and simmer just until hot.
Place pasta on serving plate, and, if using meat, place cut meat on top pasta, then cover with sauce, and sprinkle with freshly shredded basil.
This recipe will feed 4, or 3 if one is a big eater.
