BLT Appetizer
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 pound lean bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Iceberg lettuce, shredded
2 large vine-ripened tomatoes, chopped
Sea salt bagel chips
Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and half of the bacon in a small bowl with a snap-on lid. When well-mixed, refrigerate until serving time.
When ready to serve, place the lettuce in a large serving bowl. Place the mayonnaise mixture on top of the lettuce. Top with the tomatoes and the remaining bacon. Serve with bagel chips.
