    Patio Party Kabobs

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    1 can tomato sauce (8-oz.)
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon caraway seed
    3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    2 pounds beef round steak -- cut in 1-1/2-inch
    cubes
    1 green bell pepper -- cut in cubes
    12 mushrooms
    1 onion -- sliced

    Combine first 6 ingredients; gently toss beef cubes, peppers, mushrooms and onion with the tomato mixture. Thread alternately on skewers. Place on rack over hot charcoal. Grill 8-10 minutes, baste and turn several times while grilling.

    Makes 6 portions
