    Citrus Breakfast Loaf

    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    Zest from 1 lemon and 1 lime
    3 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 tablespoon lime juice
    1 cup sour cream
    3 tablespoons dried cranberries

    Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt; set aside. Cream until fluffy, butter, sugar and vanilla; add lemon and lime zest, and juices. Mix half of dry ingredients with the butter mixture. Fold in the sour cream. Add remaining dry ingredients, mixing only until combined.

    Pour into greased nonstick 9x5" loaf pan. Press dried cranberries into the loaf. Bake at 350° F. for 35-45 minutes. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Cut into half-inch slices.

    Makes 1 loaf
