1 package frozen hashed browns (6-oz.) -- unthawed
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
8 slices crisply cooked bacon -- crumbled
1 can whole kernel corn (8-oz.) -- drained
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
5 eggs -- beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Dash ground red pepper
Paprika
Heat oven to 350 F. Cover potatoes with water; drain as directed on package except omit salt. Spread potatoes in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 12x7-1/2x2-inches. Top with onion, bell pepper, bacon, corn and cheese. Mix remaining ingredients except paprika. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
