    Banana Toffee Picnic Cake

    Serve with caramel topping, sliced bananas and top with a Maraschino cherry.

    1 package Betty Crocker Supermoist yellow cake mix
    1 cup mashed very ripe bananas (2 medium)
    1/3 cup water
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    1/2 teaspoon almond extract
    1/2 cup almond brickle chips

    Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom and sides of 9x13-inch pan with shortening or spray with cooking spray; lightly flour.

    In large bowl, beat cake mix, bananas, water, oil, eggs and almond extract with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into pan. Sprinkle toffee bits evenly over batter.

    Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly in center. Run knife around side of pan to loosen cake. Cool completely, about 1 hour.

    Yields: 12 servings
