    COCA-COLA CAKE AND COCA-COLA ICING

    2 c. unsifted flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. Coke
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

    Combine flour and sugar in mixing bowl. Heat margarine,
    cocoa and Coke to boiling and pour over flour and sugar mix-
    ture. Mix well. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla and
    finally marshmallows. Beat well. Bake in greased and floured
    15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
    (This will be a thin batter with the marshmallows floating on
    top.)

    Coca-Cola Icing (Ice Cake While Hot):

    1/2 c. margarine
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    6 Tbsp. Coke
    1 box powdered sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans, toasted

    Combine margarine, cocoa and Coke in saucepan. Heat to
    boiling. Pour over powdered sugar. Beat well. Add pecans.
    Spread over hot cake.
