    Lemon Jell-O Cake

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    1 package yellow cake mix
    3/4 cup cooking oil
    3/4 cup water
    1 package lemon gelatin powder
    4 eggs
    1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
    Glaze*
    2 cups confectioner's sugar
    juice of 1 lemon

    Combine cake mix, oil, water, dry lemon Jell-O, eggs and lemon extract; mix well and pour into a greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350 F. for about 45 minutes or tests done. Let cake cool in pan 10 minutes; unmold and poke with fork over surface of cake. Mix glaze ingredients until a drizzling consistency; pour over cake.
