Mrs. Bissell's Cheesecake

3 packages cream cheese (8-oz. each) -- softened
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Crust:
18 graham crackers -- crushed
1/2 cup margarine
1 tablespoon sugar
Topping:
1 pint sour cream
4 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
For filling: Soften cream cheese. Add eggs, sugar and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Pour into crust made with graham cracker crumbs, margarine and sugar and pressed into a 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 F. for 45 minutes. Let cool.
Combine Topping ingredients and pour over cheesecake. Bake 5 minutes more at 475 F.
