Quick Peanut Butter Pie

2 graham cracker pie shells (9-inch each)
1/2 a 1/2-gallon vanilla ice cream -- softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter (or crunchy)
1 carton Cool Whip -- (9 ounce) thawed
Combine softened ice cream and peanut butter until well blended. Fold in the Cool Whip and pour into 2 graham cracker pie shells. Cover and freeze until ready to serve. Can be drizzled with hot fudge sauce if desired.
Serves 6-8
Note: These are so easy, and cool on a hot summer day! Beware tho'....they are addictive!
