    Strawberries and Cream Cake

    l pkg. 2 layer white cake mix
    l pkg. (0.l4 oz) strawberry flavored drink mix
    3/4 c. water
    3 eggs
    l pkg. (l0 oz) frozen sliced strawberries, thawed and drained
    whipped cream cheese topping below

    Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom only of a rectangular baking pan. Beat cake mix, drink mix (dry), water, eggs and strawberries in a large bowl with an electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Run knife around side of pan to loosen cake. Cool completely, about l hr. Frost with whipped cream cheese frosting. Store in refrigerator. Whipped

    Cream Cheese Frosting

    l pkg. (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
    l tablespoon milk
    2 c. whipping (heavy) cream
    2/3 c. powdered sugar

    Beat cream cheese and milk in chilled large bowl on low speed until smooth. Beat in whipping cream and powdered sugar on high speed, scraping bowl occasionally, until soft peaks form.
