    Black Cherry Swirl Fudge

    1-1/2 teaspoons butter
    3 cups sugar
    3/4 cups whipping cream
    3/4 cup butter
    1 pkg. white chocolate chips
    One 7-oz. jar marshmallow creme
    2 envelopes black cherry Kool-Aid

    Line a 13x9x2" pan with foil. Grease with the 1-1/2 teaspoons butter. Set aside. In a saucepan combine the sugar, cream and 3/4 cup butter. Boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in chips and marshmallow creme. Place 1 cup mix into a bowl. Set aside. Stir Kool-Aid into remaining mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Add reserved mix in bowl. Swirl into mix with a knife to marble. Refrigerate 1 hour. Cut.
