    Cinnamon Crackle Candy

    3-3/4 c. sugar
    1-1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1 c. water
    2-3 bottles of your favorite flavored oil (1/8-ounce size) (found in baking section. cinnamon, mint flavors, vanilla, etc.)
    food coloring
    powdered sugar

    Line jelly roll pan (or baking sheet with raised edge) with
    foil; dust with powdered sugar.

    Mix ingredients together in large pan over medium heat until
    sugar dissolves. Cook, without stirring until mixture reaches
    310 degrees Fahrenheit on candy thermometer.

    Remove from heat. Very quickly, stir in red food coloring,
    2-3 1/8-ounce bottles of your favorite flavored oil (peppermint, cinnamon, spearmint, vanilla, etc.).

    Pour on prepared foil and smooth out quickly. Let cool; break into chunks. Store in airtight container.
