    Easy Fantasy Fudge

    Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 6 minutes Makes 3 lbs

    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    3 cups sugar
    2/3 cup evaporated milk
    1 12-ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips
    One 7-ounce jar marshmallow cream
    1 cup chopped walnuts, optional
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Lightly grease a 9-inch-by-13-inch pan. Microwave margarine in a 4-quart
    microwavable bowl or casserole dish on high for 1 minute or until melted.
    Add sugar and milk, mix well. Microwave on high 5 minutes or until mixture
    begins to boil, stirring after 3 minutes. Mix well, scrape bowl. Microwave
    on high an additional 5 1/2 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes. Gradually
    stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
    Pour into prepared pan. Cool at room temperature, cut into squares.
