    Papa Tony's Bread Stuffing

2 loaves Italian bread, sliced (not the real heavy crusted kind)
    2 packages Stove-Top stuffing mix
    2 cans chicken broth
    2 eggs
    Celery, garlic and onions, chopped
Olive oil or butter (I used butter)

Place the Italian bread slices on a cookie sheet and put in 350° for alittle while to dry. Then take out and cut into cubes.

Combine Italian bread cubes and Stove-Top stuffing mix in a large bowl. Saute the celery, garlic and onion in alittle olive oil or butter. (I used a stick of butter). Pour into bread mixture, along with 2 beaten eggs, and chicken broth (or turkey broth).

Mix together well, until very moist....might need more broth. Place in a greased baking pan or dish; cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes. Halfway thru baking, uncover dish.
