Baked Apples
6 baking apples
1/4 cup raisins (about)
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
6 teaspoons water
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup margarine
Cinnamon
Core the apples and set them in a lightly greased baking dish. Half-fill each center with raisins and fill to the top with brown sugar. Pour a teaspoon of water into each, then drizzle a teaspoon of corn syrup over apple. Place a small square of margarine in the core and sprinkle the tops with cinnamon. Bake in 350° F. oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve warm.
