Hamburger Onion Pie

1 cup Bisquick
1/3 cup light cream*
1 pound ground beef
2 medium onions -- sliced thin
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon Ac'cent*
2 tablespoons Bisquick
2 eggs
1 cup small-curd cottage cheese
Mix 1 cup Bisquick and cream with a fork. Knead gently a few times on surface lightly dusted with Bisquick. Roll dough into a circle to fit a 9-inch pie pan.
Place dough in pan and fork the edges.
Saute beef and onions until meat has lost color; add salt and pepper. Add flavor extender (Ac'cent, if using) and 2 tablespoons Bisquick. Spread this mixture in the dough-lined pan. Beat eggs slightly and blend with cottage cheese. Pour over meat. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 30 minutes at 375 F. Cut into wedges like a pie and serve as the main dish.
Serves 6-8
Note: *You can use evaporated milk as light cream in this recipe. And the *Ac'cent is optional.
