8 thin (6 to 8") strips green onion
    8 large Savoy cabbage leaves
1 pound well-cooked ground lamb (or beef)
    1/2 cup frozen peas
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    Dash of salt
    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    1 cup shredded turnip

Blanch green onion strips and cabbage leaves for 2-3 minutes. Trim thick spine in center of each cabbage leaf. Pat dry.
