1 round steak -- cut in pieces
2 1/2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 tablespoons minced parsley
2 1/2 tablespoons green onions -- chopped
3 cans tomato sauce*
1 can tomato paste*
1 package spaghetti sauce mix
Water
On each piece of round steak, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese, minced parsley, and chopped green onions. Roll up each piece and secure with 2 or 3 toothpicks.
In a large pot, combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, spaghetti sauce mix and about 1 cup water. Drop the raw meat rolls into the sauce. Simmer at least 3 hours, covered, adding more water, if sauce gets too thick. Serve meat rolls on platter (toothpicks removed) and sauce in a bowl to serve over spaghetti, potatoes or rice.

NOTES : * Tomato sauce was 8-oz. each and the paste was 6-oz. This is another recipe from the 60's and were very good!
