    ~Good to have on hand when your out of the store-bought kind.~
    Self Rising Flour Substitute

    4 cups all purpose flour
    1 Tblsp sugar
    1/2 Tblsp salt
    2 Tblsp plus 1 tsp. baking powder

    Sift together all ingredients well, store in zipper storage bags. Can be used in any recipe calling for self-rising flour.

    Makes about 4 1/4 cups.
