Homemade Noodles

4 eggs -- well beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
Mix eggs, salt and flour to make a soft dough. (More flour will be needed to make dough firm enough to roll). Divide the dough into two parts and roll out very thin.
Let dry about 1 hour, turning once. Cut into strips about 4-inches wide; stack strips, then cut crosswise as thin as desired. Cook with beef or chicken broth.

NOTES : These are the BEST homemade noodles, and they are asked for always at our family reunion. Aunt Ginny has made them for many years!
