1 pound ground beef
1 large onion -- chopped
1 medium green pepper -- chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
2 cloves garlic -- minced
2 cans stewed tomatoes (14-1/2 oz each) -- cut up
15 ounces tomato sauce
6 ounces tomato paste
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 cups cooked pasta*
Grated Parmesan cheese
Cook ground beef, onion, green pepper, celery and garlic until meat is cooked and veggies tender; drain off excess fat. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, chili powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Simmer covered, 30 minutes. Stir in the cooked pasta and heat thru. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.

NOTES : *You can use any pasta....such as shells, rigatoni, elbow, etc.
This is really good! I've made it quite a few times. Serve with a salad and a loaf of garlic bread.
