    Oven Barbecued Chicken Drumsticks

    Place 12 broiler-fryer chicken drumsticks in foil-lined baking pan. Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes. Brush with barbecue sauce. Bake 15 minutes longer, basting frequently with sauce.

    Barbecue Sauce:
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1-1/2 teaspoons salt
    2 tablespoons chopped scallions
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 cup chili sauce
    3/4 cup water

    Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

    Makes about 1-1/2 cups
