Apricot Jello Salad

1 package apricot jello (4 ounces)
15 ounces crushed pineapple -- undrained
8 ounces cream cheese -- softened
1 small can evaporated milk -- chilled
1 envelope Dream Whip
1/2 cup cold milk
Place apricot jello and undrained pineapple in saucepan over low heat until jello dissolves. Put in bowl to cool. Whip the cream cheese and evaporated milk and add to the apricot-pineapple mixture. Beat the package of Dream Whip and 1/2 cup cold milk till fluffy and fold into jello mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
Serves 8
