Country Potato Salad

4 large cooked potatoes -- cubed
3 hard-boiled eggs -- chopped
1/2 cup dill pickles -- chopped
1/2 cup onions -- chopped
1/2 cup celery -- chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
About 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Combine all ingredients together and chill. Add more salad dressing, if needed. (If you don't care for onions, add 3/4 cup cubed apples instead.....or both!)
Serves 8
