    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    4 ounces lemon jello
    1 cup boiling water
    1 quart vanilla ice cream -- softened
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    8 ounces crushed pineapple
    1/2 cup chopped pecans

    Dissolve jello in boiling water in a large bowl. Add ice cream; stir until ice cream melts.
    Add lemon juice, pineapple, and pecans. Pour into an 8x8-inch dish. Freeze until firm; cut into squares to serve.

    Serves 6
