    This recipe comes from a dear friend I've penpalled with for 30+ years. She's a great cook!

    List of Ingredients




    2 packages (3-oz.each) cream cheese, softened
    4 tablespoon mayonnaise
    1 can (8-oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    3 ripe (not mushy) bananas, sliced thin
    1 cup whipping cream, whipped

    Recipe



    Whip cream cheese until fluffy, add rest of ingredients except whipped cream and bananas. Fold in bananas, then the whipped cream. Pour into a shallow pan or mold and freeze until firm. When ready to serve, cut in squares and serve on lettuce leaves.

    4-6 servings
