    SAUTÉ:
    2 lbs ground beef 80/20%
    1 tbsp beef bouillon (dark)
    1 tbsp crushed red pepper
    1 tsp ground cumin
    SEPARATELY, SAUTÉ:
    12 oz sliced crimini mushrooms in EVOO
    1/2 Tbsp fresh thyme
    1/8 stem fresh rosemary
    1/2 tbsp fresh oregano
    9 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1 cup chopped fresh basil
    THEN ADD:
    1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce

    Recipe



    Remove bay leaves. In a food processor, blend until smooth! No mushroom chunks!

    ADD BOTH POTS TOGETHER AND ADD:
    2 cans (15 oz each) tomato sauce
    1 tbsp beef broth powder (dissolved in 1/2 cup? hot water)
    2 tsp brown sugar
    Mix well. Simmer 1 hour.
