    Refrigerator Stir-Fry Sauce

    Makes 1 1/2 cups

    3/4 cup light soy sauce
    1/2 cup chicken broth or bouillon
    1/4 cup dry sherry or 3 tbsp ketchup
    3 tbsp brown sugar
    1/4 cup cornstarch
    4 crushed garlic cloves
    2 tbsp chpped fresh ginger or 1 tsp ground ginger

    Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Seal and
    shake to combine ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use. This
    sauce will keep well for 2 to 3 weeks. Shake well before using.

    Nutrients per 1/4 cup-2/1 gr protien, 0.2 g fat, 15.7 g carbs, 0.9
    mg iron, 17 mg calcium, 77 calories.
