    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    2 cups water
    2 medium potatoes
    10 ounces frozen broccoli
    12 ounces evaporated milk
    1 cup grated sharp cheese
    1 teaspoon seasoning salt

    Bring water to a boil; slice potatoes and add to water. Add broccoli and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes on very low heat.

    Serves 4
