    1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 T. veg. oil
    1 env. taco seasoning mix
    1 env. ranch salad dressing mix
    1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes with green chilies
    1 (8oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (14 oz.) can pinto beans
    1 (14 oz.) can red kidney beans
    1 (14 oz.) can whole kernel corn

    Brown the ground beef with the onion in the oil in a skillet, stirring until the ground beef is crumbly; drain. Stir in the seasoning and salad dressing mixes. Add the canned items and mix well. Cook over low hear for 1 hour.

    Serve over rice, corn chips, or tortilla chips if desired. Garnish with sour cream and shredded cheese.

    Yield: 8 servings
