MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE
This rich casserole takes plain mashed
potatoes to flavorful new heights.
5 pounds potatoes
8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup half-and-half
Paprika
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Peel potatoes; cook
until tender and drain.
Combine hot potatoes, cream cheese, butter, onion
salt, seasoned salt and pepper in a large mixer bowl.
Blend well. Add half-and-half; mix well.
Place mixture in a 2 to 3 quart baking dish. Sprinkle
with paprika. Bake 30 to 45 minutes.
