    Sweet Corn Pudding II

    1/3 cup sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    2 teaspoons salt
    3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    2 cups half-and-half
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    6 eggs
    6 cups canned or frozen corn kernels

    Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Combine sugar, baking powder, salt and flour in a small bowl. In a large bowl, mix together half-and-half, butter and eggs. Add sugar mixture gradually. Stir in corn. Pour mixture in baking dish. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.

    Serves 8
