    French Bread - Bread Machine

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 cups bread flour (King Arthur if possible)
    1 1/2 tsp. yeast





    Recipe



    Put all in bread machine in order given. Set machine at dough function.

    When done roll out into 18 x 12 " sheet. Roll up from long side- cut slashes across the top. Brush with mixture of egg white/water, I sprinkle with sesame seed. Bake at 375 -12-15 min. or until lightly brown.
