Creamed dried beef & eggs brunch dish
List of Ingredients
Cream Sauce:
4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
salt & pepper
1 (5 oz) jar dried beef, cut up
7 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Recipe
Melt butter, add flour, salt and pepper to make roux.
Slowly add milk and stir until thickened.
Add dried beef and hard boiled eggs.
Serve over toasted english muffins.
