cinnamon .................3/4 tsp ...............1 tsp
salt .....................3/4 tsp ...............1 tsp
dark brown sugar* ........2 tsp .................1 tbsp
nonfat dry milk ...........2 tbsp+ 1 tsp .........4 tbsp
unsalted butter ...........2 tsp ................1 tbsp
water.................... 3/4 c + 1 tbsp .........1 1/4 c
lemon juice ..............1 tsp ..................1 tsp
raisins................... 1/3 c ..................1/2 c

Recipe


All ingredients should be room temperature.
Except raisins, Add all ingredients in order according to machine directions.
Add raisins at the beeping sound.
Bake on normal cycle.
This bread may be baked on a programmable timer.

Notes:
I used white sugar in place of the brown sugar.

This bread has a very nice texture and flavor.
