    Dinner Rolls

    List of Ingredients




    3 tsp yeast
    3 1/4 c bread flour
    1/4 c sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1 egg, room temperature
    2 tbsp butter or margarine, softened
    1 c warm water

    Topping:
    Melted butter or margarine (about 4 tbsp, divided)

    Recipe



    Place all ingredients in machine.
    Select dough setting.

    When dough is ready, divide into 15 pieces.
    Shape each piece into a ball.
    Place on a greased cookie sheet.
    Brush with melted butter or margarine.
    Cover and let rise for 30t o 40 minutes or until doubled.

    Preheat to 375.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Brush tops with melted butter or margarine.
    Makes 15 rolls.

    NOTES:
    I use real butter.

    If using all purpose flour, add 1 tbsp gluten for a richer dough.
