Golden Egg Bread

List of Ingredients





2 1/4 tsp yeast
3 c bread flour
4 tbsp sugar
2 eggs, room temperature
6 tbsp oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c warm water, 105 to 115 degree



Recipe




Place ingredients in machine in order given.
Settings - white bread.

NOTES:
In place of bread flour, I use all purpose and add 1 tbsp wheat gluten.
