Honey Buttermilk Bread

This is wonderful bread!


List of Ingredients




1 pkg yeast
3 c bread flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c buttermilk
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp butter
1/2 c warm water

Recipe



Put in machine in order directed by manufacturer and select 'white' bread.

Notes:
I used:
3 c all purpose flour
1 tbsp wheat gluten
3 tbsp buttermilk powder
I increased the water to 1 1/4 c to make up for missing liquid (buttermilk)
I spilled the honey so had a little more than 3 tbsp

I had to add more flour to get a good dough ball
