Good flavor but dried out quickly.


List of Ingredients





1 pkg yeast
3/4 c whole wheat flour
2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp butter
1 egg
1 c plus 1 tbsp warm water




Recipe





Put in bread machine in order given, or order dictated by your machine.
White bread setting.


Notes:
I used a large egg and clover honey.
I baked in the oven, 325 for 26 minutes.
