Bacon and Cheese Log
List of Ingredients
1 lb bacon
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, room temperature
4 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 c chopped pecans
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp chili powder
waxed paper
Recipe
Cook bacon until crisp. Crumble.
Blend all ingredients except chili powder.
Shape into 2 logs, 1 inch in diameter.
Sprinkle the chili powder on waxed paper, then roll logs evenly to coat.
Wrap tightly in waxed paper and refrigerate.
Cut and serve with crackers.
Options:
May be made into a cheese ball and rolled in chili powder
