Simple to make but yummy!


List of Ingredients






1 lb hot ground sausage
1 lb cheddar cheese, grated (we prefer sharp)
3 c biscuit mix



Recipe





Preheat to 400.
Break up sausage with a fork.
Mix all ingredients together well.
Form into marble sized balls
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes and serve hot.

Makes 48 appetizers.

I sometimes add garlic powder to the mix - no specific amount, I just eyeball it.
