    Corkscrew Casserole (Crock Pot)

    List of Ingredients







    1 1/2 lb ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/8 tsp garlic powder
    32 oz tomato sauce
    14 oz stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c chopped fresh spinach
    16 oz corkscrew pasta
    1/2 c grated Parmesan

    Recipe





    Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain.
    Saute onion and garlic.

    Place beef, onion, garlic, garlic powder, tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, oregano, Italian seasoning, and salt
    and pepper in crock pot.
    Turn to low and cook for 2 hours.
    Add spinach and pasta.
    Cook for 2 1/2 hours.

    Top each serving with grated Parmesan.

    6 to 8 servings.
