Grilled Butterfly Pork Chops

List of Ingredients





1/3 c soy sauce
1/3 c dry sherry
1/3 c Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp melted butter
6 butterfly pork chops



Recipe






In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except chops.
Mix well, then pour over chops, cover, and let marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Cook chops over hot coals, brushing with marinade, until done. About 20 to 30 minutes.
