Wonderful bread! Great flavor and textrure.



List of Ingredients





1 pkg yeast
3 c flour
1 tbsp wheat gluten (or use bread flour)
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c buttermilk
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp butter
1/2 c warm water



Recipe




Place ingredients in machine and use white bread setting.

Notes:
I used buttermilk powder and water, unsalted butter and clover honey.
