1/2 c soy sauce
1/2 c Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp catsup
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp sugar (brown or granulated)
1 clove garlic, mashed well
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 lb lean meat, cut into strips








Recipe






Marinade the meat (refrigerated) for at least 1 hour before dehydrating.

Follow your dehydrator's directions.
