Macaroni and Cheese

This is yummy! Needs more salt than listed but we really liked it. Notice - no eggs or butter used.
List of Ingredients
1/4 c flour
2 1/2 c milk
1 tsp dried garlic
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
2 1/2 c dry macaroni
2 to 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Recipe
Preheat to 350.
Cook macaroni according to package; drain and pour into greased casserole dish.
In saucepan, combine flour, dried garlic, dry mustard, salt and pepper; stir well.
Slowly add 1 c milk and mix till blended and no clumps.
Place on burner and start heating over medium heat as you slowly add remaining milk.
Stir constantly and heat until thickened, about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in shredded Cheddar cheese.
Pour over macaroni and stir well to mix.
Top with desired amount of Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 for 20 minute or until bubbling and golden.
Notes:
I used low fat milk.
We thought it needed more salt so next time I will add a bit more salt or a salt substitute.
I baked 22 minutes.
