Plum Quick Bread

Recipe Introduction
This is very simple to make and quite moist.
List of Ingredients
3 eggs
2 jars, 6 oz each, plum or plum with apples baby food
1 c vegetable oil
1 c buttermilk
2 1/2 c flour
2 c sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Recipe
In mixing bowl, combine eggs, baby food, oil and buttermilk.
Combine dry ingredients; add to egg mixture and beat just until moistened.
Transfer to two greased loaf pans (9x5x3)
Bake at 350 for 60 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pans to wire racks.
Makes 2 loaves.
Notes:
I used large eggs, blueberries with apples instead of the plums, buttermilk powder and water.
