    Moist and delicious.

    List of Ingredients







    1 1/2 c sugar
    1/4 c butter
    3 eggs
    1 tsp baking soda mixed into 1 c sour milk
    1 c milk
    3 1/4 c flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp vanilla

    Streusal:
    1 c sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 c chopped nuts





    Recipe





    Preheat to 350.
    Cream sugar, butter and eggs until well combined.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour half the batter into a greased angel food cake pan.

    Mix streusal ingredients.
    Sprinkle half on the batter.
    Top with remaining batter, then remaining streusal.
    Swirl gently to mix.

    Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick tests clean.
    Let cool for 45 minutes to 1 hour in pan.
    Remove and cool completely.

    NOTES:
    I used real butter, large eggs, increased the cinnamon and pecans.
    I baked in a 10 inch angel food pan.
